A professional divorce coach helps individuals to navigate the ins and outs of the divorce process, with the goal of saving time and money. There is also the added advantage of working through co-parenting plans and your financial picture to see what life will look like post divorce.
We can address this in more depth during our FREE 30-minute consultation call, but if you are feeling overwhelmed, living in chaos, confused, not sure whether to stay or go — working with a divorce coach can help you work your way through.
Coaching sessions vary depending on where you most need to focus your time and energy. Each session is client-directed and goal-oriented so you will feel the value of the session when you leave.
There is no specific answer to this. Some of my clients are able to complete their process in 6-8 sessions. Others renew multiple times and some move on to my post-divorce coaching program.
